OK! I just wanted to see what was upsetting you. I never let things bother me on these type of forums. It's such an impersonal type of medium that you really cannot tell the emotions the posters really have at any given time. That leads to so much confusion and wrong assumptions.

I eat oatmeal for breakfast every day. Not the flavored instant kind. I put in blueberry's and sweeten with Molasses (used to use honey but molasses has Potassium and other good stuff). I also try to eat a salmon fillet most day's for the Omega 3's.

With that diet you'll live to be 100 and we can argue when we're in the old folks' home.

Something to live for!

My great grandmother was 106 when she passed away.
