Whoever loves God with all their heart, soul and mind serves Him in truth thereby loving their neighbor as themselves in the light of the Most High and the presence of their heavenly Father.

"The Name" in the OT is YHWH Himself.

Even today, religious Jews call God, HaShem(The Name). That may be the "Name" we're given, His Name. We're the people of The Name.

Oh yes...but we must be ready, willing and able love our neighbor whom we have seen before we are able to LOVE God whom we have not seen.
