OK, so I googled it.

So, angel/messenger, same thing.
Hebrew word that was mistranslated as Angel is "Malach", and the Book of Malachi means "My Messenger"....Malach ha-Mavis means "Messenger of death"...Malach Yaweh means "Messenger of G-d"...You have to be careful when reading this word because, like the word HaSatan, it doesn't always mean a spritual entity, it may just mean a messenger sent by G-d that is human...This is similar to the two words Almah and Beulah, both can mean young woman, but one is a little more descriptive of "a young virgin woman"...The Septuagint uses the Greek word for virgin, however it was the only one available to use, it meant "young woman", and with the Greeks, that automatically made her a virgin...But, in the Hebrew (where talking about that Isaiah verse about the virgin conceiving) scripture, it clarifies it better by using the word for "young woman" that does not necessarily imply a virgin, while the other word for "young woman" does imply a "young virgin woman"...So, most folks see the word Malach and automatically assume means Angel...

"UFO" simply means unidentified flying object. It could include angels, or even a 747 that isn't properly identified.

Why would God not have created life on other planets? Not necessarily beings such as ourselves for instance, whose souls were created in the image of God, but 'lower' life forms of all varieties. Also, the elect angels, who are actually a higher creation, have the universe as their home.

Since the Bible tells us about God's plan for man, what is revealed in the Bible concerns man as well as Satan and the fallen angels. That doesn't necessarily preclude the existence of life elsewhere in the universe.

And who knows? God might have also created other universes as well, of which this universe is but one. This universe, as large as it is, and expanding, is still finite in size. But God is infinite. And so are His creative abilities.

I sometimes wonder if the celestial visitors to our planet are sent here by God to do an accounting of our earth concerning pollution, damage to our planet, wars etc. and then report back to God.

Sodom and Gomorrah remind me of this where messengers were sent there to see if what was being reported was so.

Yes and in scripture refer to angelic or spirit beings. This is with rare exception and only then in prophecy.

My granddaughter is an angel, a messenger of love.
Sometimes, she trips over things.

And then, I become the messenger of love.
