If you think I am obsessed with any authority other than that promised by Jesus, it is you who is missing the point. My theology centers on and is surrounded by sola scriptura. Have you not noticed that whe someone makes a statement, I ALWAYS ask for the Scripture they think support what they say.

I have never once said anything about being baptized in the HG all the years i have posted on here. The only thing i believe you are baptized in, is the teachings of men. Everything you say i have heard before from the bunch of crap i used to read myself.

We serve the same God. I use the Bible, and the Bible is the only way to learn abut God. You use the parts you like and make up the rest. That is adding to God's word.
Any degree of true spiritual knowledge is. He won't speak much to those that don't meditate upon it because they would have nothing (no witness) to compare the voice to. It also has to do with being faithful (or not) with little. Peace
