I've found four really good Anjeos. Only one is under $70 here in the Great White (lotsa taxes) North. I pay $43 for it here and you can probably find it for $30. I'll PM you the details.
The writers of the Bible, and Paul squeezed the Jesus narrative to fit the prophesy. It does not fit, Torah
They were trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. No matter how you push and pound it will not fit.
According to the Tanakh, which is what Jesus knew, he does not fit the prophesy. He died before accomplishing what the Jews knew to be their truth.
The Messiah was supposed to bring peace and rebuild the Temple, yes? Jesus did not accomplish this. The Messiah is supposed to usher in an era of peace. Jesus did not do that either.
The Bible did not appear on the scene for many centuries. The Jews through the Diaspora still lived the Torah. That has not changed. Jesus was Hebrew. There was no such thing as Christianity.
Christianity came much later along with the Trinity which goes against what Jesus, and every Jew at the time believed.
This takes nothing away from Jesus who was a remarkable, charismatic, and awesome man. According to the Tanakh, Jesus was not the Messiah. He was a Prophet with amazing and wonderful gifts. He was robust, and well rounded. He changed the World. He especially loved and appreciated women.
Jesus is a man I would share a Cosmo with.
You are a Jesus follower, who believes like a Jew. Interesting...

Seems as if the Jewish folks were first hand witnesses and THEY wrote the OT...suppose it makes sense to think like a "jew" when reading what was written by the Jewish...

Reason: Rude.
There are many people like me who are so close to God , that believing Jesus is not who we expect His is would not be an option
That's kind of my first thought. It's impossible to consider. If Jesus isn't who he says he is, then he is a liar and/or a lunatic. I accept him as Lord.
And I am not reading "I am closer than anyone else". I'm just reading "I have a close personal relationship with God" regardless of what anyone else has or believes.

The apostles (who walked with Jesus) were Jews, but believed Jesus was the Messiah.

Because He went about "Father's business" as an adult, eventually dying for our sins, as prophecied in Isaiah 53.
Isaiah 53:
10 And the Lord wished to crush him, He made him ill; if his soul makes itself restitution, he shall see children, he shall prolong his days, and God's purpose shall prosper in his hand.
How does the above apply to the Mashiach let alone Jesus?...
