Jesus was about taking care of the poor and marginalized. He was about treating women as equals and respecting them without condemnation.
Christianity has twisted the man until he is hardly recognizable with different Bibles. Women are not allowed to teach or speak at gatherings. Jesus would never have supported such a thing.
However, when reading the Bible, there are small glimpses of this complicated man.
The Jesus narrative was about Jesus and the strength of women. It is buried by today's men who would rather call me Jezebel that seek the truth of the entire bible when it comes to women.
From Eve to Mary the Bible is about the strength of women.
In the Adam and Eve story it is Adam who pointed a finger at Eve and blamed her for giving him the forbidden. He did not take responsibility for his own actions. It was all her fault.
Right then and there, God realized men were not worthy to be the seed of Jesus.
Fast forward to Mary. According to the story, it was God who impregnated her, not man, making Jesus born of woman alone.
Fast forward to the crucifixion. Every man abandoned Jesus. Every one of them. The women never left him and took care of him in death. The Marys are left in the dust after the crucifixion. The cowards who abandoned Jesus take all the credit.
It is the strength of women. That is the redemption. Women.

Boy, you are so correct in saying there are many inventing a god of their own making to suit what they believe to be true here in this forum .
There is such an attack on the Bible and it's denial of being the word of God and having the belief it has nothing but contradictions in it is so sad !
Knowing the scripture is nothing but God's truth and the future of those who keep saying such things knowing there is coming a day the truth of it will be revealed and the shame ppl are going to feel when they had the opportunity to listen and let God change the hearts to believe Him and walk by faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ .
I'm beginning to wonder and believe more and more ppl don't read the Bible or never have read it in the first place ! Cause of what they come up with it's unbelievable to assign such untruth to the word of God !
