Jesus has two parts, a human and a God part.. the right arm of God + the son of David = the son of God
son of David is our brother .. the first of many to be so personified/infilled with the Fathers spirit .
and The right arm existed with the Father before time was ... so Yes he is a part of the father and he is the son all in one.

If you read further down into chapter 25, that's where it gets into family obligations - which was more of what I was getting into. I still may not be exactly correct.
Whatever the case may be... we aren't Old Testament Jews... at least I am not. Jesus has nothing to do with being a kinsman redeemer for us today. We are not related to Jesus physically.
