Now you seem to be using the word "definition" to hide behind. What part of "Loving, committed telationship are you having trouble with? Why do you have a problem with the idea that such a thing could exist?
loving yourself and all like yourself is truly closer related to narcissism than anything God would define as "love". committed to only ones like you is not love .. it is the ultimate expression of self love .. it is not God's idea of LOVE , unity or anything close to it. the bride and groom becoming one flesh ..are two polar opposites in every way which then create a balanced and secure home.

what you don't understand is that a lot of us have been touched .. used or abused by what you all are calling freedom from what ???????? words like "conventional ethics". I call it all militant sexuality and the confusion of hell itself .
SO not only the people caught in militant sexuality need HIS healing , because "free love" has many many victims. yet no one talking about getting rid of religion ..is talking about "free love"'s victims either . of course that is how you identify a perpetrator of these sins because they truly do not believe they have victims.
I have had to help deal with the mine fields and pray through their pain and the emotional deaths that all those militant sins have done to nearly completely paralyzed emotionally all it's victims . But the Lord only is faithful and cares about the victims, of those who preach such "freedom" from convention and religion, aka the perpetrators .
That's very true, so have I, and the aftermath for these people is a lifetime of issues that can only be healed by Him healing their heart and taking away the shame. People may block it out (usually with substance abuse), but the soul feels shame, because at the heart level, it knows it's been defiled, and it wasn't G-d's love that did it. This is a SPIRITUAL battle for the destruction of the souls of men; everyone conveniently forgets that when it suits their agenda. Peace

So it is impossible for two DIFFERENT individuals to really love each other if they are the same sex? Who is making up special definitions now?

When EVER we talk about "Love" as taught by Jesus and the Apostles we are speaking of "Agape," you will see any other kind specified.
It is really funny that we get teased about being on an "agape" binge when we DO use the term.
agape hasn't one thing to do with sex or marriage... these are conditional relationships. thus the marriage covenant/ contract is required. so now pick another kind of love.. because you have the wrong one.

Exactly. Not understanding anything about soul and spirit or covenant, does have major disadvantages when trying to understand G-d's words. In fact, it makes it impossible to do so. Peace
