The word for palm tree is Ta-mar. Tamar is the name of a woman in the old testament. Tamar might be another name for Miriam.
Not in the Qur'an.
In the Qur'an, Arabic word for neither palm tree nor date palm is Mariam. Mariam is clearly stated as mother of Jesus. The whole chapter (19) is named after Mariam the mother of Jesus. Joseph was not with Mary when Jesus was born, away from the rest of people. Even the shepherds were out in the fields keeping watch over their flocks at night. This was Sep/Oct time rather than 25th December in the Winter.
In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, 27 to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin’s name was Mary
Matthew doesnt say where they were from originally. But there's certainly nothing in Matthew that contradicts the idea that they were indeed from Nazareth
The spirit of Ama advised us to read the King James Version (KJV) of the Holy Bible because it is "nearer that truth" (than other versions). So please use the KJV.

You use the Qur'an. It says very little of Jesus.
Why will shepherds be out in the fields? Are there abundant tender grass for the animals to feed on? When is the lambing season?
