That it is not what goes into a man's mouth that makes him unclean is a paradigm shift that many don't understand. Everything we eat will have benefits and less than desirable effects depending on the nature of the food and the capabilities of the person eating it. Alcohol may be of over-all benefit to one person and absolute poison to another. The effects and the bodies capability to deal with them are the questions to ask. Over indulgence is always a problem, but the lines vary.

To return to the OP, it is not the actions proscribed in the books listed, but the intent and the effect that should be in question, so, no, the prohibitions in themselves are not the concern.

I know you didn't for obvious reasons .... because what you wrote is not supported by God Word.

Just because certain people are abusive and mistreated LGBT (and any other letter) does not justify the advocating \ approval of \ practice of. One doesn't have to cry "you're using the OT " ..... the NT by itself speaks enough to the subject.

Where does it say he nailed the LAW to the cross?...

It is not considered food to some Jews, but it was to Paul, who said everything is clean.

Romans 14 - Nothing is unclean.

I am convinced, being fully persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean in itself. But if anyone regards something as unclean, then for that person it is unclean

Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. All food is clean, but it is wrong for a person to eat anything that causes someone else to stumble. It is better not to eat meat or drink wine or to do anything else that will cause your brother or sister to fall.

So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God

Where is this written?...

Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.

Actually this is what is written...

26 Cursed be he who does not uphold the words of this Torah, to fulfill them. And all the people shall say, 'Amen!'
