I am not going to Heaven because I have preached to great crowds or read the Bible many times. I'm going to Heaven just like the thief on the cross who said in that last moment: 'Lord, remember me.' Billy Graham
"That is why faith, wherever it develops into hope, causes not rest but unrest, not patience but impatience. It does not calm the unquiet heart, but is itself this unquiet heart in man. Those who hope in Christ can no longer put up with reality as it is, but begin to suffer under it, to contradict it. Peace with God means conflict with the world, for the goad of the promised future stabs inexorably into the flesh of every unfulfilled present." -Jürgen Moltmann-
"The tragedy of life is in what dies inside a man while he lives - the death of genuine feeling the death of inspired response the awareness that makes it possible to feel the pain or the glory of other men in yourself."
The Bible tells us that Jesus Christ came to do three things. He came to have my past forgiven, you get a purpose for living and a home in Heaven. Rick Warren

I came across this beautiful quote by Charles Spurgeon:
“If you know these two things: Yourself a sinner, and Christ a Savior, you are scholar enough to go to heaven” – Charles Spurgeon
Such a simple line, and yet such a profound and eternal truth.

I'd like to add a quote from Jesus as found at Matthew 5:5 in reference to Psalm 37:9-11
Blessed (happy) are the meek for they shall inherit the Earth.
Thus those ' meek ' then are also scholar enough to inherit the Earth under Christ's coming 1,000-year reign over Earth.

I find the Bible tells us Jesus came so that humble meek people will inherit the Earth - Psalm 37:9-11; Matthew 5:5.
At the coming ' time of separation ' on Earth as found at Matthew 25:31-33,37,40 when the figurative humble ' sheep'-like ones can remain alive on Earth, and they can continue to live on Earth, right through the coming great tribulation of Rev. 7:14,9; Isaiah 26:20.
Thus, those living ' sheep ' can remain alive on Earth, and continue to live on Earth right into the start of calendar Day One of Jesus coming 1,000-year governmental rule over Earth begins. They can gain an everlasting home on Earth.
This is because even ' enemy death ' will be No more on Earth ever again - 1 Cor. 15:26; Isaiah 25:8.
This is why we are all invited to pray the invitation of Rev. 22:20 for Jesus to come !
We do Not pray to be 'taken up' to Jesus, nor pray to be 'taken away' to Jesus, but for Jesus to come.
Come and bring the blessing benefits to Earth as found at Rev. 22:2 when there will be ' healing ' for earth's nations.
I am not going to Heaven because I have preached to great crowds or read the Bible many times. I'm going to Heaven just like the thief on the cross who said in that last moment: 'Lord, remember me.' Billy Graham
But the thief did Not go to Heaven.
On the day they died Jesus promised ' paradise ' Not heaven to the thief.
No one who died before Jesus was offered the heavenly hope - John 3:13.
The day the thief and Jesus died they went to biblical hell - Acts 2:27 - they went to the grave - Ecclesiastes 9:5
That thief will be remembered on Resurrection Day ( Jesus' coming millennium-long day of governing over Earth )
That is why Acts 24:15 uses the ' future tense ' that there ' is going to be ' a resurrection......
Heaven is for those like the ones found at Luke 22:28-30. Earthly everlasting life is for the rest of righteous mankind.
This is why Jesus said blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the Earth. The earthly realm of God's kingdom.
A beautiful paradisical Earth as described in the 35th chapter of Isaiah.
