Doesnt change, all means some. Like when Paul speaking of a particular seed, uses the word all Rom 4:16
Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,
Now the seed is limited to Abrahams seed, not all mankind is Abrahams seed, but those who are, constitute the all.
You abuse the word all, it will be manifested in the day if Judgment
We've already walked down this road.
I'll recap our discussion: The two seeds in Gen 3:15 are with reference to "spirit" and "flesh". Every soul has both seeds (or natures) within. What is "limited" (to use your term) with regards to Abraham's seed is "spirit". And, All mankind has "spirit", the breath of God that gives life to all (Gen 2:7, Job 33:4, Isa 42:5, Zec 12:1, etc.). Consequently, all mankind is in the seed of Abraham, and to his seed which is Christ (Gal 3:16). And, All mankind is in Christ (Col 1:16 and Act 17:28).
Gal 3:16 and to Abraham were the promises spoken, and to his seed; He doth not say, 'And to seeds,' as of many, but as of one, 'And to thy seed,' which is Christ;
Col 1:16 because in him were the all things created, those in the heavens, and those upon the earth, those visible, and those invisible, whether thrones, whether lordships, whether principalities, whether authorities; all things through him, and for him, have been created,
Act 17:28 for in Him we live, and move, and are; as also certain of your poets have said: For of Him also we are offspring.
Col 1:16 because in him were the all things created, those in the heavens, and those upon the earth, those visible, and those invisible, whether thrones, whether lordships, whether principalities, whether authorities; all things through him, and for him, have been created,
"Everything that is, begins in him; whether in the heavenly realm or upon earth, visible or invisible, He is the original blueprint of every order of justice and every level of authority, be it kingdoms or governments, principalities or jurisdictions; the original form of all was founded by him and created for him. ~Mirror Bible

Any order that does not mirror Christ is a distortion of man's own making.

All is limited to some, especially in the context of Salvation.

Universalism is a unfaithful false doctrine because it denies the resurrection if the unjust to punishment in opposite to the resurrection of the just. Acts 24:15
And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.
According to the lies of universalism there is no unjust.
Jesus said also Jn 5:28-29
28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
The lies of universalism denies the resurrection of damnation in opposite to the resurrection of life.
"He is the architect of our design; His heart dream. His grace-plan is to be celebrated: He greatly endeared us and highly favored us in Christ. His love for His Son is His love for us." ~T.M.B.
The Gospel is not about telling people how lost they are, but reminding them of how loved they are!
"The secret is out! His cherished love dream now unfolds in front of our very eyes. In the economy of the fullness of time, everything culminates in Christ. All that is in heaven and all that is on earth is reconciled in Him." ~The Mirror Bible

Universalism says none of those things. We are all resurrected to life. The unjust will reap exactly what they have sowed, no more and no less, but it is because of what they have become, NOT God punishing them. We are all "saved as by fire" by what Jesus did.
Universalism is a lie against the truth, deceiving the simple, because it doesnt believe that some God sends a strong delusion to believe a lie, that they may be damned, verses those God Loved, chose to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth 2 Thess 2:10-13
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

All in Christ means all. And, all things are in Christ:
Col 1:16 because in him were the all things created, those in the heavens, and those upon the earth, those visible, and those invisible, whether thrones, whether lordships, whether principalities, whether authorities; all things through him, and for him, have been created,
Act 17:28 for in Him we live, and move, and are; as also certain of your poets have said: For of Him also we are offspring.
You simply have no where to go with your arguments against Christ. You know this as well as I do.
