PART 1:
Total Onslaught...The Crime of All ages!
The way the Jews kept the Sabbath was a burden...filled with rituals...and the Sabbath is to be a joy.
Isaiah 58: 13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
He's saying, If you honor My authority in your life, and you spend it with Me, and you allow Me to sanctify your life - you will be happy and you will have the heritage of Jacob...which is eternal life.
...and was it only the Jews (as some would like to think) who were to keep the Sabbath holy? The answer is a resounding, NO!...
Isaiah 56:7 ALL...[again, ALL!]...the sons of the stranger that join themselves to the LORD, to serve Him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be His servants, EVERYONE THAT KEEPETH HIS SABBATH...even them will I bring to my holy mountain and make them joyful in my house of prayer...for mine house shall be an house of prayer for all [all that keep His commandments and are in His house because of this fact] people.
The Sabbath was and IS! the sign of the allegiance to the Diety called GOD! So the stranger [the Gentiles], had to accept the Sabbath to live amongst the brethren.
Deuteronomy 11:13 And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,
14 That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil.
15 And I will send grass in thy fields for thy cattle, that thou mayest eat and be full.
16 Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them;
17 And then the LORD'S wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; and lest ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you. 18Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them [the Ten Commandments, the Law of God] for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.
19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
20 And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates:
The commandments are the law, and you cannot change them!
So, where must the commandments of God be placed? - on your forehead AND! upon your hand...WOW!!! Is there a mark of the beast that is to be placed upon the forehead AND! the hand? NO!...oh!...BUT!!...the Commandments of God MUST be placed upon the forehead AND! the hand!...God said..."Tie them to your hand", which means - to ACT ACCORDINGLY!...to "Put them in your mind", which means - to THINK ACCORDINGLY! it has nothng to do with an outward sign!...
Deuteronomy 6:6-8 And these words which I command you this day shall be in your heart. And you shall carefully teach them to your sons...And you shall BIND THEM FOR A SIGN UPON YOUR HAND [IN YOUR ACTIONS!] AND THEY SHALL BE AS FRONTLETS BETWEEN YOUR EYES [THEY SHOULD BE IN YOUR COGNITIVE THINKING]>>>This is God's law - he [man] will keep His law - He is my God and I will follow Him..that is what this verse says.
Exodus 13:9 And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand [ACTIONS!], and for a memorial between thine eyes [THINKING!], that the LORD'S law may be in thy mouth:
...it's pretty clear. What must be on the forehead AND! on the hand?...The Law of God...Now...what about the "other" guy, the beast...the one who wants to take away the follower's of God - and mislead them...he says, "NO! NO! NO! my sign, my mark, must be EITHER! on your forehead OR! your hand!...he doesn't care which place it is..forhead or hand, just as long a it is somewhere...
...I will explain this further later.
I pray that God's truth is accepted as my offering of love to all you who read this post and the one's to follow this one, and may feel a conviction in your heart...accept that pinch you feel in your heart and pray about it to God, and allow Him to feed you spiritually. I love you, and I cannot tell you anything but what God would have me to tell you. I do not teach this truth to harm or wound anyone, I truly offer His truth in love...real, true love for you. Let's look at the purpose of the Sabbath:
A day of rest
A day of bessing
A day of peace
A sign
A memorial to creation
A symbol of sanctification
A hallowed day
A perpetual Covenant
A verse that many who oppose this truth of having to keep the Ten Commandments of God, AND! the Sabbath, like to use this following verse to support their lies:
Mark 2:27 The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath.
...This doesn't get rid of the Sabbath!...how rediculous! It just tells you that man needs the Sabbath! Simple! Man needs this communication with his God! to KNOW WHO HIS GOD IS!!! The God that we serve IS THE GOD OF THE SABBATH! That's the God Whom we serve - otherwise who is He?...Is He the one on Friday?...the one on Sunday?...the one on Wednesday? Is He the god of the Hindus?..the god of the Buddist?..NO!!! ...again!, NO!!! ...OUR GOD IS THE GOD OF THE SABBATH!...it's as simple as that!
Isaiah 48:18 O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea:
...you would know exactly where you stand with God!!!! How wonderful to KNOW this!
Deuteronomy5:29 O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!
So. Now that we have established that..now we must ask:
Why does the Christian world keep Sunday?
Sunday - dedicated to the sun or it's worship. Solis - the first day of the week.
Sabbath - a Hebrew word - a day of rest.
Sunday - a name given by the heathens to the first day of the week because it was the day in which they worshipped the sun. John Eadie, D.D. L.L.D. A Bible Encyclopedia. pg. 561.
The Sabbth is Saturday, the seventh day of the week.
Who changed the day?
Daniel 7:25 He shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and shall think to change the times and the law; and they shall be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time.
Revelations 13:7 has all the attributes of "the little horn". This beast is exactly the same power as the "little horn" power - and we are told that this beast - with the implement of another power - the "mark -of-the-beast".
Now, we've already established what God's mark was, right?, it was the Sabbath! And where was it to be written? On the forehead AND! the hand...
...Now read Revelation 13:16: And he [the beast] causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, OR! in their foreheads
17 so that no one may buy or sell unless he has the mark, which is the beast's name or the number of its name.
God's mark was to be in the forehead AND! the hand! He is not satisfied with halfway service!...IT'S ALL OR NOTHING!!!
The beast is happy if you have his mark inyour forehead - (you think it is right, so you "go along" with it because you think you have no other choice...so you do it...because he said so, and when you do, he'll leave you alone...as long as obey him he doesn't care how...and if you don't do it - YOU WILL NOT EAT, BUY, OR SELL A THING.

Ask the Catholic Church which day is the Sabbath day...Ans: Saturday is the Sabbath Day.
...so, your Father said keep Saturday, but I'm telling you to observe Sunday!
Q: Why do we observe Sunday instead of Saturday?
Ans: Because the Catholic Church transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday. The Convert's Chatechism of Catholic Doctrine. 1957. pg. 50.
THAT IS PRETTY MUCH STRAIGHT OUT OF THE HORSES MOUTH! He says, you will not listen to your Father in heaven, you'll listen to me! Because I SAID SO!
He is attacking the authority of God!
YOU CANNOT ATTACK THE AUTHORITY OF GOD ON THE STRENGTH OF ANY OTHER COMMANDMENT - EXCEPT THE SABBATH! BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT DETERMINES THE AUTHORITY!
What is the mark of the beast then?...
"We have a seal of God which is a mark...SUNDAY is our mark of authority...the Church is above the Bible, and this transference of Sabbath observance is proof of that fact!" Catholic Record. Sept. 1, 1923.
The mark of the beast is Sunday! The Church is above the Bible!
So we have 2 (two) marks on this earth - and the choice is ours!
Either we obey God...or we obey man.

Satan has attacked the Sabbath because it is the seal of God's law, and it affects the authority of God.
"She [the Catholic church] took the pagan Sunday and made it the "Christian Sunday"..and thus the pagan Sunday, dedicated to Balder, became the Christian Sunday sacred to Jesus." (Catholic World, March 1894, pg. 809)...
...Balder is Baal!!!
"Of course the Catholic church claims that the change was her act, and the act is a MARK of her ecclesiastical power." Faith of Our Father's (Cardinal Gibbons)...
...She [the Catholic church] says she's mightier than God on this issue!..."I don't care what laws God made, you will listen to me!" she says. This is REAL arrogance!
The Bible says, remember that thou keep holy the Sabbath day. The Catholic church says, "NO!"...so, who is this speaking?...oh!...It's Father Enright!...this is THE Catholic church's spokeman, he says the Bible says so, but the Catholic church says, NO!
"By my divine power I abolish the Sabbath day and command you to keep holy the first day of the week [Sunday]. And lo, the entire civilized world bows down in reverent obedience to the command of the holy Catholic church." Father Enright, American Sentinal. June 1893...
...Isn't this arrogant beyond measure...???!!!..it is SO ARROGANT it freaks me out!..."By my divine power...?!"...well...if that's their divine power, then it must be a different divine power than God's divine power...right? or wrong? There's another god on earth who sets himself up in the temple of God claiming to be God...so, we have 2 (two) that we are serving...of course, the Catholic church is not really God...it must have another power behind it. And the Bible says, "...And the dragon gave him his seat...and power...and great authority..." Those are very sad words...and I say...do not say them flippantly!
Pope Pius, 1566, commanded by Council of Trent. "It pleased the church of God that the religious celebration of the Sabbath day should be transferred to the Lord's day [Sunday]" Chatechismus Romanus, 1867, Chap. 3....
...over and over they say, "I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day" Rev. 1:10. They say, "Well, the Lord's day is Sunday, it doesn't say what day it was..only the Bible can say which is the Lord's day."...and here it is>>Isaiah 58:13 If thou turn away thy foot from the Sabbath, from doing thy pleasure onmy holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honorable..."
So!...which is the Lord's day according to the Bible? The Sabbath! NOT! Sunday!
So!..."I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day - Rev. 1:10...doesn't seem to cut any ice as far as the Catholic church is concerned...so how about this?..." Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath!" (Mark 2:28)
Does that do away with the Sabbath?...or is it established who is in authority when it comes to the Sabbath? By the way, who created this world? Was it the Father?...or...was it through the Son? It was through the Son!!! Read John 1...In the beginning was the Word , and the Word was with God, and the Word was God!...everything that was created on this world was created THROUGH HIM!...FOR HIM!...By His Word it stands!

Catholic quotes!)...from the beginning to the end of Scripture, there is not a single passage which warrents the transfer of weekly public worship from the last day, the seventh day of the week [Saturday] to the first [Sunday]." Catholic Press (Sydney) August 25, 1900.
...They [the Catholic church] are straight forward in this!...
"You may read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, and you will not find a single line authorizing the sanctification of Sunday. The Scriptures enforce the religious observance of Saturday." James Cardinal Gibbons, "The Faith of Our Father's", pg 89.
The Catholic church is throwing up their hands and saying..."There! Take it or leave it! Choose!!!"...

So!...they say to the Protestants, "You say you're Protestants? Why do you ask then? If you obey us, then you're ours! Are you ours or not?"...The arrogance!!!...
"If Protestants would follow the Bible, they should worship God on the Sabbath day [Saturday]. In keeping the Sunday, they are following a law of the Catholic church." Albert Smith, Chancellor of The Archdiocese of Baltimore, replying for the Cardinal in a letter dated February 10, 1920...(This is the Catholic church speaking! )
"Protestantism, in discarding the authority of the Roman [Catholic] Church, has no good reasons for its Sunday theory, and ought logically, to keep Saturday as the Sabbath." John Gilmary Shea, in the "American Catholic Quarterly Review." January 1883.

If you obey God, you keep Saturday!
If you obey the Catholic church, you're keeping Sunday!...you're really obeying the Pope! That doesn't mean that Protestants out there who have never heard this information, they have the "mark-of-the-beast!...they don't!...because God is judging them according to the light that they have...but this issue is going to become prominent!!! very, very soon!...because the present Pope has called for World Wide Sunday Legislation!!!......and your President has said, "We want to implement his teachings!"....interesting......!
So...now...why do Protestants keep on keeping Sunday?...what do they say?...do they know this?...YES!!! They DO!!! know it!...read for yourself!!!......

Carrington definately told a church meeting in this city of straightlaced protestantism that TRADITION!, NOT! the Bible, had made Sunday the day of worship." Toronto Daily Star, Oct. 26, 1949.
...SO!...TRADITION! PAGAN TRADITION! INTRODUCED BY ROME! KEPT IT!...so...now...what does their law say about THEIR "tradition"...?...let's read that...
"Almost all church's throughout the world celebrate the sacred mysteries (the Lord's Supper) on the Sabbath [Saturday] of every week...yet the Christian's of Alexandrea and at Rome, on account of some ANCIENT TRADITION!, have ceased to do this." Ecclesiastical History, book 5; ch.22; NPNF 2nd Series, V2, pg.132.
Now...Alexandrea is the one where all the pagan doctrines were introduced, this is where the Sadducees learned that there was no resurrection!...but that when you go to heaven, you go straight to Abraham's lap!!!...and Jesus said, "HEY!!!...What are you teaching here!?! There's NO SUCH THING!...
...SO!...Alexandrea and Rome are the seat of paganism!
Alexandrea taught ancient Egyptian gnostic histories, and, based on Cabolism...on gnosticism...ANCIENT TRADITION!
Well...Catholic record says...

"The New Testament makes no explicit mention that the Apostles changed the day of worship, but we know it from TRADITION. "The New Revised Baltimore Catechism (1949) pg. 139..<<<THESE ARE THE AUTHORITATIVE DOCUMENTS OF THE CHURCH!...AND IT'S ALL BASED ON TRADITION!...and the Bible says in Matthew 15:3,6,9...But He answered and said to them, Why do you also transgress the commanment of God by your TRADITION?...And you voided the commandment of God by your TRADITION?...But in vain they worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men!...Jesus said this!...in Matthew!...read it again!....
...Can you do it?..yes?...or no?...can you substitute TRADITION! for OBEDIENCE?...NO!!!...YOU CANNOT!!!
"These people honor Me with their lips but their hearts are far from Me. They worship Me in vain; their teachings are but rules taught by men...And He said to them, 'You have a fine way of setting aside the commandments of God in order to observe your own TRADITIONS." MARK 7:7,9.
So...the Bible says one thing...Pope says another...and here we have the basis for conflict...and this basis for conflict is going to rise like a mushroom...and it's going to come to a head! very, very soon!
"The authority of the church could therefore not be bound to the authority of the Scripture, because the church had changed the Sabbath into Sunday...not by the commandment of Christ...but BY IT"S OWN AUTHORITY." Canon and Tradition pg.263.
That's it! That's our choice! Whether we like it or whether we don't!
Acts 20:29,30 Jesus says this..."For I know this, that after My departure, grievous wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock; and out of yourselves will rise up men speaking perverted things, in order to draw away the disciples after themselves."...does anyone "see" this...?...it's so painfully clear...you have to be blind not to see what has happened to us...from the beginning...lies...lies...and more lies...!!!
THE FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK IN THE NEW TESTAMENT.
FIRST TEXT: Matthew 28:1 In the end of the Sabbath [Saturday], as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week [Sunday], came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. NEB (New English Bible):
...the Sabbath had passed and it was about daybreak on Sunday when Mary...
If you go to your churches, and you ask them, "Why do we keep Sunday?"...then there will be this scurry...and a flurry...and then there will be some Scriptural evidence brought forward or all the authoritive writers have said, "There is no! Scriptural authority for the transfer. Yet they (your church pastor, priest or elder...or most ANYONE! you try to ask or talk to about it to!) will tell you there are text in the Bible which said that they worshipped on the first day of the week [Sunday], and therefore we worship on the first day of the week...OR!...they will say that Jesus abolished the Sabbath and nailed it to the cross and we no longer keep it on Saturday...(<<<THIS IS WHAT MY PASTOR TOLD ME WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT THIS! ), therefore let no one judge you as to the Sabbath day...quoting Colossians and all those texts...OR!...they will say to you, "How do you know what the Sabbath is?...you know there's been so much time to learn, it really doesn't matter...observe it any day...all week...everyday... (<<<where have I heard this SO MANY TIMES...?...humm?)...
...WELL!...What day did GOD SAY! you MUST! observe? SABBATH DAY!!! SATURDAY!!!
Let's look at these 8 texts used to substantiate Sabbath service:
Text 1: The First Day of The Week...(Is there anything about the change in the Sabbath? NO! It's purely a historic statement.) The New English Bible says, "The Sabbath has passed, and it was daybreak on Sunday when Mary..." So it is purely a factual statement!
Luke 23:54,56 (tells us that these women kept the Sabbath!)..."...then they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the Sabbath day according to the commandment."
...so, they knew nothing about a change. When these women came on the first day [Sunday]...is because they didn't come on the Sabbath day [Saturday] because they rested according to the commandments.
Text 2: We find in Mark 16:1,2...1. "And when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary, the mother of James, and Salome, had brought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint Him..." 2. "And very early in the morning the FIRST DAY [Sunday] OF THE WEEK, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun..." ...anything about a change here?...NO!
Text 3: Mark 16:9 "Now when Jesus was risen early on the FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK [Sunday], He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom He had cast seven devils..." ...anything about a change here? NO! Just statement of fact!

...The NEB says on Saturday night they came together...ahhhh! they [the naysayers] say..."Here's a text that says they worshipped on Sunday!"...the end of the Sabbath is what time of day? The evening, after sundown, Saturday. So...they came together the FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK [Sunday]...it was evening...they came to break bread. But Paul preached to them...ready to depart on the morrow...so...when the light should dawn it would still be on the FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK [Sunday], and he was going to go a long, long way, and he talked to them until midnight...poor 'ol Uticus, he was sitting in the window...and Paul was probably going on and on and on and on...and he fell out of the window because he fell asleep!...Remember that story? This was an evening meeting on Saturday EVENING!...but it wasn't held on the Sabbath because the Sabbath was holy...they came together after the Sabbath. Paul had to tell them so many things before he left on his long journey...and if Sunday was so holy, why? was Paul planning to leave and walk many, many miles on a "so-called" holy day? Let's make sure the breaking of the bread was in the evening.
Acts 20:8-11 "And there were many lights in the upper chamber, where they were gathered together. When he therefore was come up again and had broken bread, and eaten, and talked a long while, even till break of day...so he departed."
Now...as for the other...the breaking of the bread...
Acts 2:46 says: "And they, continuing daily, with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart."
..so...they didn't have a "communion", they had supper together! That's what it was! eating supper! together each evening!
One text left...the previous one supports the sancity of the Sabbath...because only after the Sabbath did they come together to discuss issues, and then, off they went.
Text 8: 1 Corinthians 16:1,2 "Now, concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye> Upon the FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK [Sunday], let every on of you lay by him in store>>[Weymoth Translation: at his home], as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come..."
...so the critics will say, "Well, they held the collection during service in church...NO! NO!...the text reads, first, to a putting aside the money on a weekly basis. When is payday on a weekly basis? FRIDAY. Friday you get your pay - the work is over - now you take your money home...but, in the mindset of the Hebrew, Friday is the preparation - you're getting ready for the Sabbath...Paul says, "Put your money aside on the FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK [Sunday], after the Sabbath." ...so...none of these texts change the sabbath!

DID JESUS CHANGE THE LAW AND THE SABBATH? ...
..."And He came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up for to read..." Luke 4:16.
So, Jesus kept the Sabbath! In Matthew 5:17-19, Jesus said..."Not one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law. 1 Peter 2:21 states..."For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an EXAMPLE!, that YE SHOULD FOLLOW HIS STEPS. 1 John 2:6 states..."He that saith he abideth in Him ought himself also so to walk, even as He walked."

So we have ABSOLUTE! CONTUNUITY! from then, onward - and the cross falls in there - and we read Jesus kept the Sabbath - the disciples kept the Sabbath - THEN!...In 1582, there's a change in the calender - and we move to the Gregorian Calender - the Gregorian Calender refers to who...?......POPE GREGORY!!!....AND POPE GREGORY SAW FIT TO CHANGE THE TIMES......Why...?..because there was something bothering him, but, by the way, it didn't move the Sabbath!!! We went in October to 1..2..3..4..to the 15th...so we jumped a couple of days there....BUT! the weekly cycle was not! affected! at! all! SO THE SABBATH IS IN TACT!...and has never! been lost!
By the way...why did Pope Gregory want to move the calender...?...those days...?...humm?.....What bothered him so...? Why did he change the times...? I'll tell you...It bothered him that the "pash"(<sp?)...the "Christian pash" was not 100% in line with the pagan feast of Eshtar...which we call "Easter!"and he wanted to shift the calender those few days, so that the world should keep all the pagan feasts rather than recognize what is in the Bible.
Did you know that there was a consequence?...the British decided, NO! WAY! are we going along with this!...There was war as a consequence...but it was forced upon them because, "We will keep the pagan faith!" "We will not obey the Bible!"...the arrogance!
Which day is the Jews keeping today...? SATURDAY! "...but pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath day..." Matthew 24:20. Jesus was saying in 70 A.D...."...when they come to destroy this place, pray that the Sabbath day will not be the day when you have to flee!" SO!...He saw the Sabbath STILL! being in exhistance then!

Verna, have you been watching Total Onslaught? I guess you have decided to become SDA. I've watched some of those videos myself, and they are pretty good, in my opinion. They show a pretty good connection between paganism, Christianity, and the Muslim religions. There is definitely a lot more paganism in our churches than people can imagine.
However, once you start studying all the connections around the world between ancient religions, mythology, and modern religions you either become atheist or UR (in my opinion).
There is NO WAY verses like Revelation 5:13 and this one, "He concludeth ALL in unbelief so He may have mercy on ALL," and many, MANY more could make sense if there were only, let's say Seventh Day Adventist, being saved.
I, for one, just can't jump through organized religious hoops anymore. The elect were given the Holy Spirit to lead us into truth, INDIVIDUALLY.
I still want to know whay I basically said the same thing as below yet you said it was a lie.

ALL who live in the will of the Father keep His Commandments...all Ten of them...not nine. I am Israel...spiritual Israel....and I am a Jew...in my heart...for after all Jesus IS my Elder Brother...He was Jewish...we are joint heirs.

I guess you have decided to become SDA. I've watched some of those videos myself, and they are pretty good, in my opinion. They show a pretty good connection between paganism, Christianity, and the Muslim religions. There is definitely a lot more paganism in our churches than people can imagine.
