Hey you guys, while I'm at it, I found this online.... CHECK THIS OUT; UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Greber claims that spirits helped him in his translation of the New Testament. Greber also saw the translation come by words passing before his eyes. Greber writes: "After I had convinced myself at the spiritistic meetings that God's spirits speak to men through mediums, as they had spoken to the early Christian communities, my first thought was to beg for full enlightenment on these problems concerning Christ. Who was Christ? My request was granted, to the smallest details, and that knowledge thenceforth constituted the most precious possession of my soul. In what follows, I shall repeat the truths regarding Christ. His life, and his work of Redemption, as they were imparted to me by the spirit which taught them." The spirit said: "At that time you were told that Christ is the highest of the spirits created by God and the sole one to be created directly; Christ Himself was not God, but only the first of God's sons."(COMMUNICATION WITH THE SPIRIT WORLD OF GOD p.300)

Can you imagine? Demons explaining God/Jesus to someone? And that person writing a Bible translation from it? And then someone else thinking "aah, that sounds good, let's use it."

-Sick. Just sick.

This just keeps getting funnier and then borderline hysterical.... Look at this!

"According to Greber, the Lord's Prayer (Matt. 6:9-10) begins like this: "Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy spirit world come to us. Thy will be done in the beyond and on earth." (Greber p. 6),"

That's not what Jesus taught, we are to keep ourselves unspotted from the world. That our Father in heaven may be glorified and His kingdom expanded.

Seeking first the kingdom of God and His Righteousness and Loving my neighbor as i love myself.
This is in response to each of your responses above, in order.

Are you kidding me??? So, anything goes as long as a god, any god, is mentioned?

Yeah, Jim Jones' witness was there. So was the poison that he used to kill hundreds of people. Satan's system was working perfectly, not God's. What the heck do you mean by Satan wanted to make us love God????!!!! You're out there, man.

Proverb 30:6--- "Do not add to his words, or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar".
II Timothy 4:2-5,7----"Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry." "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."

According to the Bible, that's not good enough.

More still.....

Greber also influenced the WT in other areas -

1-Jesus Christ is a created being, (Communication with the Spirit World p. 301and Jehovah's Witnesses book, "Aid to Bible Understanding", p. 918).
2- Christ's body was not resurrected. (Communication with the Spirit World, p.385 and J.W.’s "Things in Which It is Impossible For God to Lie", p. 355).
3- Body of Jesus was dematerialized. (Communication with the Spirit World, p.385 and J.W.’s "Time Is At Hand", p. 129).

REGARDING THE BOOK "ANGELS AND WOMEN":
the Watchtower Society gave a “Review of the Book” in one of their articles and encouraged Jehovah’s Witnesses to purchase the book. On page 702 of the July 30, 1924 issue of The Golden Age, the Society wrote: “ ‘Angels and Women’ is the title of a book just off the press.…The book is revised and published by a personal friend of Pastor Russell, and one who was close to him in his work.…The publishers advise that the regular price of this book is $2.00; but to all subscribers of The Golden Age, it will be furnished at $1.00 per volume, when ordered in lots of ten or more

So the Society encouraged Jehovah’s Witnesses to purchase several copies of this book as they could get it at a discount

The section of the foreward found on page 5 of Angels and Women states:
“The reviser of this book is of the opinion that the original manuscript was dictated to the woman who wrote it by one of the fallen angels who desired to return to divine favor"

The true gospel according to whom? I dare say few if any i have ever met know the true gospel according to the path of righteousness and perfection. The job of the Holy Ghost is to lead into all truth, not for us to do.
JW's believe in God and Jesus, let the nuances be left for judgement day, or for their own asking and seeking to reveal, unless of course God is directing your words. If that is the case, love - not self will take the lead.
Jesus who is God! Right the Holy Spirit leads into all truth, but if you don't understand what JW's believe then your comment means nothing. They dont' believe in the same Jesus as we do. They don't believe that God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are one in the same. It's your job per "The Great Commission" to go out and make sure people understand this. So when they come to your house you invite them in and help them understand this. Charles Spurgeon said once "If you don't have a genuine desire to see people saved, then you yourself are not saved". Which is why I said to talk with them and share the Gospel.

The sad part is that a lot of Jehovah's Witnesses haven't heard of this either. They have no idea.

If you'd be so kind re-read what i wrote, and then ponder the words, and you will come up with a different conclusion than the response you gave.

The reference to Jim Jones is exactly the fruit i am speaking of. We don't need to condemn him, his example is apparent. Just as we don't need to condemn JW's or anyother organized religion. Where do you stop? There are thousands of different denominations.

Spend time, seeking godliness, holiness, righteousness....The pure love of Christ. Pray for all of God's children to seek HIM first, Go Direct....

godspeed,

freedom
