It is the spirit OF G-d...It is a quality, an attribute, OF G-d...
The power of ignorance in the carnal mind about what actually constitutes personhood and its relationship to Spirit (consciousness) is difficult to overcome, Richard. To the natural man, things of the Spirit must be spiritually discerned and they are not able to do so.
It doesn't matter sir, YHWH is God's name, so feel free to use that. Since the rest of your comment is in English, and this is an English speaking site, I simply put the name into English. YHWH is His name in Hebrew as we have agreed, so no doubt He accepts that from persons who approach Him in good faith.
You are pronouncing it incorrectly. Jehovah is not the proper way to pronounce YHWH. I would think that you would want to pronounce God's name correctly. Even Yahweh may not be the correct way to pronounce the name but it is certainly closer than Jehovah. But suit yourself.
Just use the scriptures anyway. They will not return void (Isaiah 55:10-11).
If I have a sharp sword in my hand (Hebrews 4:12, Ephesians 6:17), I do not have to argue with anyone about whether the sword is sharp or not.
I can prove it to them by sticking them with the sword.
Good heavens, man! It's not talking about a literal sword with which to stick people. Neither is it about quoting a passage or verse, believing you are correcting someone. Obviously, you haven't much of a clue. He is the one who discerns the thoughts and intents of the heart, not you from reading a few words on a piece of paper. You have no spiritual discernment, whatsoever.
Yes he is. The Holy Spirit is specifically said in Romans 8:27 to have a mind and to intercede for the saints.
Only a being can have a mind. A force or influence cannot. Nor can a force or influence intercede between two parties. A being can however.
What, exactly, is it about this Holy Spirit that makes it a person, Michael?

The Holy Spirit has a mind which is known by the Father. He speaks and has his own initiative though he does not speak from his own initiative but speaks of what he hears. The Holy Spirit spoke to Philip in Acts 8:29 and to the church leaders in Acts 13:2.
He has a mind, he hears and speaks and has initiative. These are qualities of 'personhood.'

How does that differ from the "mind of Christ" that reveals to us the "mind of God" and abides with us as the Comforter within our minds (consciousness)? What differentiated Jesus from God was His human body, but His consciousness developed as the "mind of God." When His body died, His human consciousness ("mind of God") was born again as Spirit (the Holy Spirit) to permanently abide within ALL human consciousness as the Comforter ("mind of God").
