Having a Pastor lead a church is totally unscriptual as well . Nowhere in the word is there a speck of evidence to support it .

Exactly not just Pastors with authority to lead Pastors are not ordained to lead churches period . It is totally unscriptual and is no different to the Pope leading the universal catholic church but on a local basis.

Acts 13

1In the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen (who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch) and Saul. 2While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, "Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them." 3So after they had fasted and prayed, they placed their hands on them and sent them off.

1 Cor 12
27Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. 28And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, also those having gifts of healing, those able to help others, those with gifts of administration, and those speaking in different kinds of tongues. 29Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues[d]? Do all interpret? 31But eagerly desire[e] the greater gifts.
And now I will show you the most excellent way.

No mentions of Pastors here then .Start reading my bible, what are you trying to say ?

A Pastor can be anything he wants to be as far as i am concerned, my point is He in not ordained of God to lead.

You cannot find Pope in the word . But listening to christians you would think their pastors said this pastor said that , what is God saying is far more important to me .

As for Mary

"And she cried out with a loud voice and said: Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. And whence is this to me that the mother of my Lord should come to me? For behold as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in my ears, the infant in my womb leaped for joy. And blessed art thou that hast believed, because those things shall be accomplished that were spoken to thee by the Lord. And Mary said: My soul doth magnify the Lord And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my savior. Because he hath regarded the humility of his handmaid: for behold from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed." The Gospel of Luke Chapter 1:42-48.
*
Yes Mary confessed her need of a Saviour right here in that prayer, I was brought up catholic [but lapsed] the most wonderful thing I discovered when I got saved was that I could know Jesus in the selfsame way that Peter did. It was no longer a ritual or a sacrament but but the inner life of Christ in the soul.
