I voted as a Democrat and I don't support slavery. I don't stand on my own two feet. God is holding me up on two feet that belong to Him. And all that I am able to do is because of Him. God bless.

I don't believe a person living a Christian life would vote Democrat. But that's a topic for another thread.
No it's still the Dem's keeping people as slaves. Republicans still want to give people the freedom to stand on their own 2 feet.
If there had been any good Dem's we would not have had to start the Republican party to save the Republic and free the slaves. All Dem's support slavery today.
Do not think so...but history shows the northern dems were NOT in favor of slavery- I was NOT there, just read the history books, and today.. the reps. have pulled the " teaching them to fish thing" as the school budgets, and other educational benefits not affordable for alot of lower income kids- so forget the fish thing. cant teach anyone to fish with out the poles, hooks and worms.

That's not what I said at all. My comment had to do with acting as a Christian. No one said a political party determines salvation. You need to read my post before you comment on what you think I may have said.
