Looking for reccomendations on general contractors that do work in cincy. I've got a variety of problems including plumbing, guttering, roof, doors, fire alarms, windows. Essentially a full renovation.

I'm looking for opinions from people that have had a veriety of work done by one contractor - I don't have the time to get a window specialist, gutter specialist, etc. for each job.

Looking for a quality job at a reasonable price.

Our realtor recommended Terry Inman Custom Homes Contractor .:. Home Improvements and Additions Cincinnati Ohio (http://inmancustomhomes.com/home-improvements.htm - broken link)

We had hardwoods redone, hardwood installed, bathrooms renovated including tiling, cabinetry, lighting, and an outside window installed. We were pleased with the work.

Is this a residential renovation? What area of town? Budget range? Square footage?

tri-plex, hyde park/mount lookout area, 2,500+ sqft - trying to establish a budget by getting a quote. I know what's profitable and what is not - so I want to get two contractor bids. Wondering if you'd recommend a particular contractor that can handle all aspects of a reno.

I have used Priority Remodeling. The owner, Stephen Levick, gave us a VERY competitive bid to build an addition over our existing kitchen/family room area. He is very professional and very clean. He did the roofing, window installation, tile work, drywalling, carpentry, plumbing, electricity -- everything. The only thing I had to do was find an HVAC contractor. PM me if you need his information.

I have also heard that Terry Inman does good work, but I do believe he might be a little higher end (with the required budget creep which happens with that). He has built several custom homes in the Montgomery/Blue Ash area, and when we were looking to do the addition 5years ago, he was not doing anything except home building. I am guessing the real estate bubble popping has forced him to diversify his business again.

I bought a renovated house with my adult son. Since I have done many, many residential renovations for myself both as a general and a worker over the years I knew what to look for and was highly impressed by the guy who did it. His basic business is flooring which is good beacuse that is one of the more expensive trades to sub out. So a general who does flooring has a big advantage.

Here is his info:
