Mills Run, Remington, and Kensington Park (they appear to be next to each other haha) is pretty much amongst my first choices so far, provided one of their small 1 BR places is available.

Based on floor plans alone I'm partial to Kensington given their kitchen layout.

Mills Run looks cool, but according to floor plans there's a door to a shared balcony from the bedroom? If there's a fire I sure know how I'd bail

Camelot East is similarly a decent choice if not slightly more expensive, but being right across from JJ has its perks I suppose.

I've decided against places without central air because wall units can be loud as heck, which knocked out quite a few candidates.

Now it's just a matter of hoping somebody moves out in that May window
