Absolutely 100% go to Rhinegeist...the beer is great and the the building oozes history-----then go to the nearby Morlein Taproom (not to be confused with the Morlein Lager House in the Banks)....for additional historical coolness and good beer.
Even if you don't like the beer (which I don't) Rhinegeist is awesome, the building is cool and there is a lot of really great art. The branding on there growlers/glasses are great and they have plenty for sale. When I was in town for Midpoint Music Festival with friends from Chicago I took them there and they were impressed. Also if you don't like IPAs they at least will have 1 or 2 which aren't. Its my favorite brewery in town except for the beer lol.

In OTR I'd recommend grabbing a cocktail at Japps, the quality is excellent. In downtown check out the 21C Hotel art museum, its free they have a rotating exhibit of contemporary art, which IMO is usually really well curated, and if that isn't your thing I'd recommend their rooftop deck bar which has one of the best views of the city and of Mt Adams: 21c Museum Hotels - Louisville, Cincinnati, Bentonville

Finally if you have time, take a tour of the beer tunnels or of OTR: American Legacy Tours | Historically Entertaining and/or OTR Brewery District | Cincinnati, OH
