Have heard two news reports that the building has been used for target practice at least four times this past week. What's up with that? Never heard of anything this moronic in any other city in this country. Does someone have a vendetta against the company?

I believe you mean the Great AMERICAN Insurance Company building.

Also, windows at the 303 Building (Key Bank) have also been targeted.

Perhaps a bit of triangulation might indicate a source?

They already found the source to be Fort Washington Way.

Someone drives across FWW, sticks a handgun out the window and fires a shot or two. Big mystery. The got shell casings from the highway. But, like all mysterious crime, it will not be solved until a disgruntled girlfriend, or a jealous crony, or a ease dropping bar patron drops the dime on the perp.

I don't understand why people would do such a thing.

The planets have strangely aligned and I'm in agreement with Wilson513 again.
While we're discussing, the cops are probably poring over claims where the filing party came out on the losing end.
They're probably also checking records of recently terminated employees. Just like the jails are full of innocent people, NO ONE is EVER fired justifiably.
If a crazed architecture buff wanted to take out their impotent frustrations on a generic glass cube with a pointless ugly "tiara" that would've been done a few years ago!

The only 'point' to the tiara is that it makes this building taller than the Carew Tower and lay claim to being the tallest building in Cincinnati.
