That's due to the very limited supply of Cod left in the North Atlantic. Fished out. Regardless, food prices are rising fast and have for the last few years while the volume or weight of many products has been shrunk.

Surprised to see this thrad. I thought Frisch's went out of business years ago. There was one in Muncie, Indiana but it closed in the 70's, I think. I wasn't sure if the big boy chain is still around. I haven't seen a Shoney's in,a long time.
