Tiamo9675, I believe you're correct. When those four Mason high schoolers didn't cause ANY damage to the school busses they disconnected the engine block heaters from, Prosecutor Hutzel IMMEDIATELY knew she had to swing into action...

As for the Widmer retrial, I'm dying to see who this witness is; jailhouse snitch, methinks...

I thought one of the rules of this forum was no personal attacks. Now I am not too sure whether attacking a public official is personal or not. So, she may be a *****, but I will refrain from saying so directly.

I was just being sarcastic. Which, with public figures, is still allowed.

Personal attacks? That's exactly what Hutzel thrives on! If she can't gouge you for all your money then she ruins you personally. I didn't beat her up on the schoolbus. I didn't steal her porm date. I have no family members locally that she could humiliate, so she pretended to be a board member at my place of employment and force me to resign in order to settle my case.

Well like it or not Hutzel is now a judge on the court of appeals.

Well, looks like Mr. Widmer, whether guilty or not, will cool his heels for a LONG time in the slammer. Whether she gets to hear his appeal or not...

You need to get a good attorney. Bullies have no place in today's society, makes no difference if they are a street thug or a thug with a law degree.

No attorney in a 100 mile radius is willing to take her own. I did all the investigative work MYSELF and still no effort was made to confront her. All the local lawyers are either too afraid of her or want her old job!

That's sad.

Edited to add why didn't you make sure that she was a board member? I sure would have.
