People often use the White, AA, Asian, and Hispanic % to judge how diverse a city, but each one of these categories contain several subgroups making the overall %somewhat invalid. How many Hispanic subgroups are represented in your city or metro whether they dominate the group or are nearly non-existent. I found the info for my metro at American Community Survey section of census.gov. The % are rounded to the nearest tenth.

Cleveland as a city/Lorain, OH to the west, to a lesser extent other areas of the metro have a large Puerto Rican population. The next is Mexican, which is about 1/3rd to 1/2 of the PR population, there are small numbers of most other Hispanic groups as well.
Cleveland is about 8% Puerto Rican alone now (highest of a major city outside the East Coast).
Lorain is about 20% Puerto Rican alone now (top 20 most PR in the country out of every place [including towns and townships]).

The main "Barrios" in the Cleveland area are the near westside of Cleveland, especially the Clark-Fulton and Stockyards neighborhoods, also Ohio City and Tremont and several other neighborhoods. Another is South Lorain in Lorain City, this is a large area of around 25,000, the majority is over half Hispanic, especially 28th-36th st area.

Wait, I thought Chicago had the highest percentage of PR's outside the East Coast?

Chicago has the largest PR community by number outside the East Coast, but not percent.

Chicago is only about 3.5% Puerto Rican, Mexicans outnumber PRs in Chicago 5 to 1. Humboldt Park/NW areas of Chicago are the best and most authentic PR neighborhoods in the midwest though.

BTW there might be some major cities with larger % in Florida, but I'm including that in the East Coast, everywhere west of that Cleveland has the highest of major cities.

All those people are Americans from the American continent. Hispania is located in Europe.
Hispania is Espana.

The "hispanic" term is not a race and has no logical meaning.

Those nationals listes before are U.S. Nationals of American ancestry.

Hispania is not a continent. America IS a continent. And every American country has different demographics. The whitest countries are Argentina, Canada, Uruguay, and Chile.
