i think it looks like Hamilton, Bermuda. in other ways it looks like Savannah, particularly some of the areas of downtown savannah that were traditionally poorer (small, old houses). also comparable to parts of downtown Charleston SC and Wilmington NC.
Nowhere up north. Hardly anywhere down South either.
