That is a lot man. See what I am talking about?

That is because of the way Dallas grew, which is why I am trying to tell you the growth of Dallas is not good. Just going to bring more strip malls.

No, they ARE NOT. They have more than TWICE the density in the city and the MSA.

If you want I have NO PROBLEM pulling up the facts. SF and LA are more than double the density in the city and MSA as dallas or houston.

Grocery Shopping places now: Walmart, Tom Thumb, Kroger, SuperTarget, Albertsons, and Minyard.


Major Department stores

Neiman-Marcus, Sanger-Harris (Closed), Titche-Goettinger (Closed), Sears, Roebuck and Co., Montgomery Ward (Closed), JC Penney, Levines, Woolwoth's (Closed), H.L. Green (Closed) and W.A. Green (Closed).

Now

Neiman-Marcus, Dillard's, Sears, Roebuck and Co. , Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Macy's and JC Penney.

Just let Dallas and Houston do them...Hopefully one day both cities will double its density.
