That is because of the way Dallas grew, which is why I am trying to tell you the growth of Dallas is not good. Just going to bring more strip malls.

If you want I have NO PROBLEM pulling up the facts. SF and LA are more than double the density in the city and MSA as dallas or houston.

Just let Dallas and Houston do them...Hopefully one day both cities will double its density.
