Asheville, NC. To me, has the best balance of all 4 seasons without extremes. Very pleasant!

Easily Minneapolis. Far enough North so that you actually get a full winter with snow to enjoy, but it still maintains hot summers as well. Go further North and you start losing much of the hot summer weather; go further South and you lose the sub-freezing weather required for a good winter. It's latitude rounds to 45 degrees, so it's in the perfect location between the Equator and North Pole to get four seasons weather.

I'd say anywhere along the I-95 corridor between NYC and DC. So this would include NYC, coastal NJ, SEPA (Philly & suburbs), Northern DE, Baltimore, and DC. Boston is a little too far north with too much snowfall while just south of DC, not much of a true winter.

I know, just wanted to see if anyone would say anything. We all know Houston not a 4 season type of city.

Cincinnati, Louisvillle, Nashville and Ashville NC have the perfect blend of all 4 seasons but a little bit more on the warm side of fall and spring.
