I like ABQ but my vote is for OKC. ABQ always seems kind of dirty to me. And the traffic is always horrible. I do love northern NM, and visit often, but I'm more partial to points further north.

OKC. Very, very underrated. Great downtown, lots of new projects, and Bricktown has a great vibe. Plus, you have a lot of great universities close by like OU. Go Sooners!

Let me guess that picture is in August or September after the monsoons. Even Phoenix is this green after the monsoons. And you do realize all that green you see are probably not natural trees just landscaping. Without all that landscape Albq would look like what your seeing in the background.

Ummmm, wow. Alright, let me educate you.

Those trees are cottonwoods or trees that have spread with seed. Those are like wild, the cottonwoods grow along a river valley, even pine brush from the mountains. A river runs threw Albuquerque, It's called the Rio Grande.

Note: Albuquerque does not recieve much rain, so we depend on the river... so monsoons are not the reason why we have greenary threw out our city.

This is Albuquerque in the winter.
