I can offer a fair judgment and I stand by what I said NY, DC, Atlanta in that same order. I'm not Black but I have seen very fashionable ones in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan.
I don't see what the problem is? Atlanta comes in 3rd imo, the fashion in the US is far superior to any other place, this is a compliment to Atlanta. Being 3rd out of thousands of cities is respectable.

Its not the weirdest thing Ive seen being said but it is almost laughable when others try to compare fashion to the likes of NY, Paris, London.

Just because these cities are fashion capitals doesnt exactly mean they have good taste.

i don't think that we want to bring up "taste" with a city known for women with gold teeth, colorful hair pieces, weave shows...all types of coonism.

just saying.

I'm not going to deny hood culture along with it's hood style dress is a part of Atlanta. I could very easily show a video of hood rats in the bronx dressed like drug dealers but I'm not going to stoop that low. The thing about Atlanta though is it's just as easy to find nice professional/casual dressed ladies.

You could have just as easily shown these ladies.

actually...

one of the things i noticed about other areas of the country is that ppl only dress (remotely) similar to how we would when they were "going somewhere."

where as we dress a certain way everyday... does that make sense? no shots or anything but just an observation.

in a city with 8+ million ppl its kind of like a combination of keeping up with the joneses, trying to be different and trying to outdo the next person. add to that that a lot of flagship stores are here and a lot of mom and pop shops are here...boutiques, etc. that you can't find elsewhere in the country. we have access to a lot of things that you can only see on the net but you can't actually purchase without a proxy or a plane ticket.

They don't meet the minimum population requirement of this thread. But South Carolina has some of the nicest dressed sisters I've seen.
