I was surprised to see even 13 votes (at the time) for ATL!!! Maybe I need to visit Atlanta because I am very, very, very impressed with San Fran's urban landscape!

This is a typical weekday afternoon in Five Points.

(Not pictured: the 15 or so street vendors to the right on Marietta St and the 30 or so little restaurants on the other side of the white building to the left on Broad St.)
Call me crazy, but im gonna throw the red flag on this play: nobody is dressed in business attire, and no cars on the road?? This has BS written all over it...im just saying.

Your not seeing people in Suits and stuff because this area is near Georgia State University, My Alma Mater, where over 25,000 students are during the school year. But if you go a block past 5 points you will see tons of people with just as much foot traffic with the business attire you are looking for. And if you head a little further, you have Woodruff Park you will see even more people with a great mix of Business People, Students, and Bums

If it'll make you feel better, I'll snap a pic with my cell phone next week after the Thanksgiving holiday. I drive through Five points just about every day on my way to work.

I'm calling you crazy.

Same location, at the street level, in front of Woodruff Park on a regular afternoon:

Seriously dude, what is this thing have against Atlanta? No one cares if you like the place or not, but to say things that just aren't true in some attempt to do something (whatever that is) is just childish and petty.

I think one solution if you want increased foot traffic is to just build a chinatown near downtown. LOL

I have one question. why is having 50, 000 people piled up on a street a good thing?
