Manhattan > San Francisco Brooklyn > Los Angeles (city limits only I am assuming, seems silly to include LA MSA if you don't include BK MSA.)
Queens < Chicago
Staten Island vs Atlanta - neither, I wouldn't live in either of those places, so its a tie.
The Bronx vs Baltimore - tie.
I love it how some people hate Atlanta so much that they put things that are pretty much objectively false. Staten Island has institutes of higher education that can compete with Georgia Tech and Georgia State, as well as two of the three highest rated HBCU's? Those are within the city limits of Atlanta. And that's taking the ridiculously stingy position that Emory isn't in Altanta because it's just outside the city limits in unicorporated DeKlab County.
I mean, if Georgia Tech were in New York, it would be the best public university in the whole state.

I don't think these are comparable......LA is WAY larger than BK. Queens VS Chicago:

I'm not answering because everything should be Atlanta. The Bronx VS Baltimore:

Another easy one, same reasons really. LA would offer a much more diverse lifestyle than Brooklyn.

Questions:
- Again Chicago is a whole city compared to a borough. Chicago has the urban downtown dynamic and some great old suburban neighborhoods.

- Education
- Parks
- Waterfront

Manhattan's a one trick pony and SF has no guidos, how "rational" of you...
Manhattan IS a one trick pony... it has waaaay too much -ish.
Although we here in the other boroughs started getting the same style restaurants now. I saw a guinea pig on the menu in Queens recently. Didn't even know people ate guinea pigs... sounds pretty nasty since they are so cute. Also tasted some authentic Himalayan soup and *** in Jackson heights, which Imo is better than the places in Manhattan.

Wow, I didn't know that either lol. At least it wasn't rat, which would actually upset me more because I think they're really cute, *** sounds interesting though lol.
