I'm thinking of Detroit, Flint and Gary.

There's only one way to settle this...

Two "tributes" (a boy and a girl) should be selected from each city and then sent off to do battle until there's one man (or woman) standing.

The victor will be bathed in riches.

May the odds be ever in your favor.

Just as long as one of the tributes is Jennifer Lawrence, and the set is a tropical island in Hawaii where she has to wear a swimsuit the entire time. Not a bad way to go, I'd think!

Big props to Danny G. for standing tall against Judah, btw. Keeping that 215 tradition alive.

Have you ever played Fight Night Champion? The fictional character in the game's story mode, Andre Bishop, is a North Philly native. You can train in two Philly gyms in the game. Chicago is the only other city that has two gyms.

And of course, Philadelphia is the only city with its own signature boxing style.

I always thought folks from the country are the toughest

But as far as cities go Philly, New York Detroit and Chicago have the most "tough guys" whether they are fake tough or really tough.

The stereotypes for the population of Boston is sort of funny. In the popular mindset half the town is considered to be sort of intellectual college students, tweedy professional types, and well-groomed yuppy transplants---while the other half of Boston are old school Southie Irish(and some Italians) straight out of Good Will Hunting rooting for the Bruins and Red Sox.

There's some truth to it--and I've never lived in Boston, but on my trips to the city I've always gotten a kick out of the old school Boston types. They're ball-busters, but they're engaging to talk to and witty in an Irish sort of way...
