New Orleans seems to be dissapearing, and Detroit has a glut of $1 homes in abondoned neighborhoods. Detroit will always be there, but one more natural disaster for New Orleans and it's basically over.

Its gained 58% in the city population only after the storm, and the city is on a huge upswing, no where near dying. And the storm didn't damage the city, they failed to upkeep the levy's. The city didn't flood until basically the storm had passed. New Orleans will always be there too..
Location: Detroit's eastside, downtown Detroit in near future!
