Economy - Probably tied.. unsure Culture - New Orleans Amentities -Tie Tourism - New Orleans Greenspace, Parks, access to water - New Orleans sits directly on water and has one of the largest urban parks in the country... Hell, they both sit on water so it's probably a tie. Public Transportation - New Orleans Weather - Not that much different I don't think. Proximity - (Proximity to what?)

I dunno you may be right about tourism but amenities i would give to jax. I know you can find everything thats in n.o. In Jax except a giant mardi gras.
