What city has the best scenery? (America, building, skyline)

Note: I do not mean buildings and skyline!

I'm talking mountains, lakes etc..

My vote goes for Anchorage, Alaska

Or Vancouver, BC and yes i know it is not in America but it borders it and i think it should get a mention!
