And Ashby street as well as West End Station. Those two make more sense now as you would need to cut through Morris Brown's campus to get to Vine City efficiently, which I imagine is a lot harder to do now than 10 years ago when I left due to the Morris Brown crashing and burning.
There is also plans for a LRT line to connect the AUC directly with Georgia State and Georgia Tech in the next few years.
Looking at the map it seems like West end is best for Morehouse and Spelman while Vine city is closest to Atlanta U and Morris Brown.
No choice for the Hampton Roads city/cities? You've got Hampton & Norfolk State universities practically in the same city.
I left out the 7cities because it seems more comparable to other cities around its size.
DC, Bmore, ATL are all "new south" cities that in one way or another competes with one another.
I labeled them as semi ubran because all though the campuses are nested in the middle of Atlanta city the area around them feels "semi urban". I like though it offers big city amenities with a urban-lite feel.

I was wondering why u left off the nc cities with multiple hbcu's...
I think Atlanta wins this with DC a fairly close second. To me Howard is the HBCU with the most recognition/best reputation, but when you put Morehouse and Spelman together they trump it. And with Clark-Atlanta also, Atlanta is the best city for HBCUs.
I was going to say, where's Nashville, Philly and Houston?
