In your opinion, what are the nation's top 10 cities? This is your opinion, so you have your own standards. However, do not just say 10 cities without explaining what was the criteria for the ten cities you chose. In terms of nightlife, job opportunities, integration, economy, overall ranking, whatever you choose!
Feel free to have more than 1 list of top 10 cities if you'd like.

The Climate is arrid, no hurricanes, only small tornadoes, NO Earthquakes! and when it snows 3 feet, it's usually gone 2 or 3 days later..
Cost of living has risen a bit, but it's a wonderful place to live!!
1. Minneapolis - Total bias. (but not unfounded)
2. San Francisco - Uniqueness, economy
3. New York - Duh.
4. Chicago - Still, America's second city
5. New Orleans - Only thing of worth in the sunbelt. People, Architecture.
6. Boston - History, geography, Economy, enlightened.
7. Philadelphia - Classic.
8. Washington - Government, economy, amenities.
9. Saint Louis - Pure Americana, wholly undeserving of its reputation.
10. Seattle - Economy, geography.
11. Phoenix - Just kidding.
