If you hit report post he the mods will ban him again for the 6th time in a month. I've been reporting his post for his past screen names, but now i just don't care, it is sort of amusing that he wastes his time doing this. But yeah, easiest way is just to hit the report post button that appears on the top right of his posts, and he will be banned within 10 minutes of reporting. Just mention he has been banned before under the user name City Dog/city animal/urban master/Seattle's dogg pound etc, and the mods will look up the IP and ban him.

So basically, it is a reference to the last time 2x he was banned. Basically, because I said my finger was itching to hit the report post button because he is going against the Terms of Service by coming back repeatedly after being banned.

OH ok. I know about reporting people but I was really confused. Carry on, if this thread isn't already ruined.

Totally agree Pratt St, Pearl St and around the old state house is great, unfortunatly after 5 its eerie and in some places dangerous.

Downtown LA is cool. Downtown SJ is classic textbook example of urban toilet.

San Jose is nice and maintained well, but for a city of it's size it is a bit disappointing. I think the same can be said about Los Angeles. It has some nice areas (and some not so nice areas) but generally for a city that size it leaves somewhat to be desired.

If Los Angeles can ever swipe the Chargers from San Diego and build their new NFL Stadium downtown, that would make for a huge improvement. I am not saying that I hope this happens, I don't think Los Angeles even deserves an NFL team. I just think that if it DOES happen, and they go with the downtown stadium option, it will bring the city a long way.
