This should be fun and informative at the same time. This thread also has the potential to go on for years since development is infinite. The nation is climbing out of the recession and projects are finally moving forward nationwide. This is your chance to promote what is happening in your neck of the woods. Which region has the best urban projects under-construction or proposed in the near or distant future? Judge projects based on the following criteria:

-How urban are these residential or commercial buildings?

-What is the urban street interaction of those buildings?

-Is there first floor retail incorporated into these buildings?

-Is the building considered TOD development near mass transit in the form of Heavy Rail Subway, Light Rail, Commuter Rail, Streetcar, Commuter Rail, BRT Lines?

-What environmental perks are included in these buildings?

-How well does it connect with the current urban footprint surrounding the building?

-Is it urban infill or is it being built in a neighborhood/area that isn't really urban yet?

-Are new heights being reached by these buildings in relation to other buildings in the region?

-What urban parks are being built or proposed in your region?

-What mass transit projects are under construction or proposed?
