Young newlyweds looking to relocate. We love the outdoors and music events. Currently live in Charlotte but looking for a change! Other city suggestions welcomed! He is a civil engineer and she is an accountant! We have both lived in NC our whole life!

Austin?

It has the outdoors & musical events.

They don't call it the "Live Music Capital of The World" for nothing.

Hard to say w/o knowing what kinds of activities you like, do you need to be close to family/friends, your preferred climate, etc.

Of the ones you listed, I like Nashville the most. It is a good size for me. Plenty of stuff going on, you can still get out into the country pretty easily, four seasons, lively music scene, etc.

Can't say anything nice about?? Im assuming thats Richmond Va which by the way is smaller than both choices but has better urban neighborhoods than all of them with alot of independent shops, restaraunts music ect... And for a city a little above 200,000 with a 1mil metro holds it own in alot of areas. The James River in itself provides alot of events and provides white water rafting within the city limits. Nashville is nice its also one of the fastest growing cities.
