Now what are you talking about?

Minorities TODAY overwhelmingly are doing better in the South.No not just Atlanta but cities like Savannah and Columbus Georgia,blacks are also doing well.
Still a ways behind but the gap is less than in many more "Liberal" states like Wisconsin or Minnesota where the educational,income,and incarceration rates are much higher than any place in the U.S.

There is a reason blacks from all over are moving Southern states now.

Minor chords are dark, sad, ominous. Major chords are sweet, bright, uplifting. The term minorities is therefore like really bad and offensive. They should be called diversities. And my city's diversities are better...
