I don't know what All-American vision means. COL in midwest is cheaper. Education/healthy living kinda depends on you. Suburban lifestyle (whatever that means) also depends on you and where you live. I'm not sure what you mean by history. Every place has history, just depends if you're interested in history or not. Sports are probably more popular in the midwest with lots of pro teams and Big 10 football. Weather: rain vs. snow, take your pic.
