Am I the only one who feels that the median income for just about every city they mentioned on that OP's site seems inaccurately low?

I would choose a trendy city. I live in one now and it's great because there are always new people moving in.

Yes and no. That income includes loads of retirees often enough, and people that bought their places 20 years ago.


What would be useful is median incomes of people that moved to an area w/in the last 5 years or so. That shouldn't be too hard.
