Hey maybe in the English Village, Indian Village, Southwest Detroit, University District and a few other neighborhoods in Detroit. Same with the Miller/Miller Beach/Glen Ryan, Glen Park and Black Oak areas of Gary. That's where you will find the White folks in those cities.

I didn't have the time to go through the whole thread, but if nobody has mentioned Philadelphia yet, let me say that that city (and area) has some very beautiful women, past and present. And from what I can tell, a lot of them are well-educated (thanks to all the great colleges in that metro area), cultured, open-minded about dating others, and generally enjoy life and are easy to talk to. Meaning, they're not just plastic barbie dolls (though some cooeds at Villanova U have a reputation for being that way), but actually have a good head on their shoulders. Nothing sexier than a good looking woman who's also intelligent!

An old pal of mine is from Kentucky...I always think she's one of the ones that got away; very pretty, very charming and sexy! But it wasn't meant to be. We're still friends though.
