I live in Chicago, but have been in NYC at least 5 days/week for the last almost 5 months. While Chicago has a number of beautiful women, NYC wins this. I'd say NYC, then Chicago, then SF.

Chicago is very diverse, but there is a bit of a demographic divide. The other two cities would be best for sheer volume of attractive professional women of ethnic minority background.
I'm not a fan of blondes (a few of them every once in awhile but not usually) and have never, ever had a problem finding very attractive more ethnic looking women in Chicago in the least bit (which is what my type is mainly). With that being said - NYC still wins overall.
