It's Super Bowl mania!

Given that NY/NJ opened the floodgates, which undomed, non-traditional city should host the big game next?

Santa Clara, Houston, and Minneapolis have staked their claim to the next three. I'm particularly excited for the one in Minnesota.

We really should have a cold weather venue once every three years. Let's get it to Cleveland or Buffalo next, those cities could use the attention!

Houston has a roof, and has already hosted. And correct me if I'm wrong, but the new stadium built in time for the Super Bowl in Minneapolis will have a roof...

not so much a roof as a magical crystal cocoon in which all the angels of heaven can gaze into.

Indy was snubbed for Minneapolis last may and if history is any guide Minneapolis might have problems like Dallas did in 2011. Indy went to bid for Super Bowl 45 back in 07 and lost it to Dallas. Won the hosting rights in 2008 and it was an outstanding game.
Minneapolis was doing Super Bowls long before the Colts snuck out of Baltimore under the cover of darkness, take a number

Other than a North Texas snowstorm, the biggest problem was the stadium was a half hour from media and fan central. Minnesota's Stadium is downtown.

Will these cities have a roof? If not, I doubt the NFL would consider it.

Atlanta hasn't had the super bowl since 2000 which was in an ice storm. Look for Atlanta to get one when they get their new stadium.

But the NFL is awarding cold weather cities without domes now, which is the point of this thread. Atlanta is a top candidate, no doubt, with their new stadium, but the new stadium will still have a dome...

San Antonio, Denver, Nashville, Seattle and Kansas City come to mind.
