Charleston. I never did get the California thing.

P.S. I'd go with the Panama City to Pensacola stretch as the best beaches in the country, bar none. Not the towns, but the beaches. You can even see on google. Lots of white sand, few people, bright blue water. I think the Texas beach water is a little "less clear" (cough).

Binghamton or Scranton-Wilkes-Barre (not going to separate them)

SWB. I've always dreamed of opening a beet farm/ bed and breakfast outside of Scranton . But seriously, while I've never been to either, Scranton appeals a bit more as it's a bit closer to NYC and Philadlephia and I get the impression it's a little better off economically.

Re: Panama City and South Padre and they do seem remarkably similar, but I've never been to either so I was curious to see the response.

Portland, ME or Asheville, NC

Portland, ME. Seems interesting enough, and I already know I don't like Asheville.

Jacksonville, FL or San Jose, CA?

Yonkers. Not really that bad compared to Camden, which leads the nation in poverty n crime. Yonkers reminds me alot of the Bronx, particularly the more spaced northern "Uptown" section

Columbus or Boston?

Indianapolis. In my opinion a better city overall and great location; a few hours drive to Cincinnati, St Louis, Chicago, Louisville.

Colorado Springs, Co or Provo, UT?
