Atlanta's Korean community is quite large, but far behind LA, NYC, and DC.
From what I've been told, I'll go with Atlanta on this one.

She and her husband are retired and they've traveled the country from border-to-border, coast-to-coast. So I'll take her word for it.
Here are some of the Korean enclaves around Atlanta.
There are also a lot of places I missed like NamDaeMun, other Assi and Hmarts, my favorite chicken place (BBQ Olive Chicken) and other places in South Atlanta but I don't want to look them up right now.
All 3 have a designated Koreatown, or atleast area. But even though Houston's Korean population is smaller than the other 2, the Koreatown in Houston is bigger and a more predominant Korean concentration.
The Baltimore area has a decent sized Korean population concentrated from the City's western border all the way out to Ellicott City. The Baltimore MSA has was of the highest percentages of Koreans in the country; 7th among major metros over 2 million.
Uh, 2010 numbers? And you’ve obviously never been to Gwinnett County if you think the Korean influence is 'barely above average.' Are you sure you used to live in Clemson?
