From the ACS 2014 5-year estimates

American FactFinder

Click Advanced Search, then click "Show Me All", then click Topics, then click Dataset, then click 2014 5-year estimates, then go back to topics and click People, then click Origins, then click Place of Birth, then click Place of Birth for Foreign Born Population in the US.

Once you have that table up, look above the table and go to Add/Remove Geographies and select for MSAs.

I thought I read on here that Miami is strong with Europeans. This shows that it isn't.


*edit* Now that I see fact-finder, Miami is pretty even amongst Europeans. There just isn't one dominant nationality. For Houston, I see that there is a chance that Venezuela may meet your threshold of at least 15k in a couple years.
