Boston is going to have better Italian, Caribbean , Seafood and African food so putting Asian Cuisine and Wine bars and leaving out those categories is asinine. Isn’t Asian cuisine international?
That being said I’ll just assume SF wins because the dining scene in a lot of Boston kind of sucks.

SF overall....agree with Boston seafood but am not conceding Italian. SF is a given for Asian and wine bars—not sure why the OP felt it was necessary to list those.

The fact that asian and wine bars was put in poll is swaying this to San Fran..as a city I would argue Boston offers comparable diversity of international cuisine...Boston and urban suburbs have developed an amazing food scene..San Fran is certainly top tier and would win these criteria

North Beach is not the only or best place with good Italian in SF (though I’ve been going to Caffe Sport for decades)...The Mission, Noe Valley, Outer Richmond, Financial District, Pacific Heights, etc all have very good Italian restaurants. Delfina and Perbacco were always consistent winners for me.
